Amazing app and does almost everything you could imagine to navigate your site. A mega menu is the main director to everything on any site and the team has implemented everything very well. Support is always there will a quick reply and solution to any issue.

Even though the menu was already very easy to configure, we encountered two individual challenges that were solved immediately after a short consultation with the support team. Look, my review is entirely about the customer service team. Seriously, their customer service team is absolutely phenomenal. The app wasn't showing on my website, so I messaged them on the weekend, expecting a reply on the next business day, but nope, they literally replied right away and solved the problem throughout the weekend, constantly remaining in touch with me. S+ customer service.

I had some issues with switching between themes while maintaining the globe mega menu functions. We exchanged several emails and they always supported me and solved all the problems I was having with the live app. Super kind and efficient.

The app is great and quite easy to use and implement, but what is even better is the customer service. Very professional, very quick, solved all my problems, usually within the same day, or the day after. I highly recommend them!

Helped me quickly with the installation. I work with the free Refresh Theme from shopify, and the menu did not show. Developer fixed it quick easily. I do think the app could have a bit more customisation in terms of design and usability, but still 5 stars for me.

I had some issues with an integration of the Mega Menu, but the support team helped me to solve all of them. I also use Globo's app that provides filters on my website and there were the same situation: when I had problems, the support team solved them. So I know that I would use their apps if I want to add some new features to my store. They are even ready to customize their apps a little bit for your needs. Hands down 5 stars!
