The reason I have stayed with Globo - their support is quick. I can be disappointed with the usage plans but I cannot be disappointed with Sarah for supporting and solving any problems that I have across while using the app. Great support staff, I do hope for more generous plans!

Great support experience! The issue with my Globo Mega Menu after switching to a new Shopify theme was solved quickly and professionally. The support team was very patient, helpful, and guided me through the process step by step. They identified the problem, adjusted the theme settings, and helped make sure the menu displayed correctly on my new theme. I really appreciate their fast response and excellent technical support. The app works pretty well and overall I'm satisfy with it. Recently there was an issue on my store after updating the Shopify theme and the support team worked very well. Big thanks to Steven who followed me during the troubleshooting and shared all the useful information and explanations.
I've been using Mega Menu by Globo for a year. It gives me much more flexiblity than my theme's menu and the one time I hit a wall with configuring the menu the support team was on top of it and had my menu looking perfect in a matter of minutes.
Despite encountering some problems, the customer service responded promptly and obtained quick solutions.
