Huge improvement to the standard menu in my Shopify theme! Took some getting used to on choosing the layouts I liked, but now that I've got it all done, there's been great feedback from customers. I had an issue with something displaying properly on mobile, and Sarah from customer support was able to address it and fix quickly! Thanks!

Hello, I had an issue with my Shopify Site concerning Footer menu. I didn't resolve this issue directly in Shopify chat, and I decided to install Globo Mega Menu with intention to receive a help there. It was not a mistake at all. Though I didn't use the possibilities of Globo, my consultant Henry and Globo team discovered the option to create Footer menu as the internal Shopify option. I'm very thankful to Henry and Globo team for their competent assistance! Maybe in future I will take the advantages from the Globo resources as well.

Absolutely impressed by the support from Sarah and the Globo Mega Menu team. I encountered a conflict where both the default Shopify menu and the new Globo menu were displaying at the same time. Sarah responded within minutes, and to my surprise, she quickly coordinated with the developer team to fix the issue flawlessly. On top of that, Sarah also went the extra mile to recommend the most suitable plan for my needs and even helped me apply for a discount (although I had already made the purchase because I couldn't wait to get started). Their efficiency, clarity in communication, and technical problem-solving skills truly exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate their proactive attitude, patience, and the speed at which they handled the problem. Highly recommend both the app and the amazing support team—they made me feel confident and supported during a critical moment for my store.

Amazing app and support! The overall ratings for this app was the reason I selected to try it on a clients storefront but it was missing one feature I needed for their custom theme. I reached out to support and Sarah responded super quick with a fix. Using the Mega Menu app is so simple and intuitive and the front-end usability is perfect. I'd highly recommend this app.

Absolutely the best menu app I’ve ever used! The interface is super intuitive and packed with useful features, making it easy to navigate and customize. Even though the app is very user-friendly, I ran into a couple of things I couldn’t figure out on my own — but the support team was amazing! They responded incredibly fast and helped me solve everything in no time. Truly top-notch service. Highly recommended!
