Literally the best customer support and service we have ever received when dealing with a 3rd party Shopify app. The customization possibilities they offer is well beyond what you get with any Shopify theme and it's super easy to use. Sometimes I get bugs and the app seems to be a little bit heavy to load and could be optimized (I think... and hope it will in the future...). But Sarah (email support) and the dev team are always here and quick to help and fix the issue. It's very easy to make a super mega menu for your website ;)

Ik gebruik deze app voor het maken van Menu's op mijn dropship website. Omdat ik een store met veel producten maak is het erg belangrijk dat mijn klanten makkelijk en overzichtelijk de weg vinden. Ik heb meerdere app's geprobeerd en met name de support uitgetest. Deze app is toch wel de winnaar, ik liep tegen een paar problemen aan maar er wordt bijna instant gereageerd op de mails! Een aanrader!

Recently installed this app, was happy with it so paid for the one year subscription plan, now I'm noticing that on some browsers it's not displaying properly. Tried contacting you guys a few times, but no response. Will re-rate this once problem has been looked at. Thanks UPDATE: After leaving the above review, I was contacted directly by their CS within a few hours, and they have immediately fixed the problems I was facing.

Our shop has now been using Mega Menu for one year. We love that this app has allowed us to offer our very broad selection of products in an easy to use drop down menu. We like that we can easily add photos to some of the drop down categories if we like. Recently we had an issue and needed to get support. Our issue was quickly addressed and we were able to solved our problem with the instructions provided. Thank you! Love your product and support.
