We've used Globo's Mega Menu for a few years and have no had any issues. However after updating our theme we noticed the mobile menu was not being replaced. The root cause of this is unclear to me, but Globo support was quick to respond to my request for help and they had the mobile menu fixed in about 24 hours.

We have just implemented this app on our new site. We had some initial issues with the menu not responding on mobile dvices, however the team at Globo were able to fix this for us in a timely manner. The menu looks fantastic & works perfectly now! Highly recommend this app as the support team actually cares (unlike some others) & the UI is easy to navigate to build your menu & publish to theme.

Great app. Awesome customer support. Has all we need really. Easy to use and with customer support it is no brainer to install and keep on our store for good. This app gives you so much more freedom with your menu than out of the box. It's super easy to use & very friendly. The support is out of the world! My favourite feature has to be the fact you can export the nav! As someone that has multiple stores the feature is great!
