Ottima app che permette di creare dei bei menu. 4 stelle su 5 perche in ogni caso si necessita sempre del loro supporto per far funzionare bene il menu. Ma il supporto è disponibile e competente! soprattutto sarah!

Sometimes editing the menu yourself can be a little difficult, there isn't aw whole lot of options and it isn't the most user friendly but it works and i made a pretty decent looking menu with little help. however, the support team is very attentive and helpful with fixing issues and helping you design specific things on the menu. They mainly offer email support but they are very quick with responding and offering solutions to problems if they can't fix it themselves.

Easy to configured, friendly and fast support from the developer. That will be awesome if there is an area for writing custom CSS. Great job and keep up, thanks.

操作も感覚的で使いやすいです。困ったときのサポートの対応も早くて丁寧でした！ 英語苦手な人はすべて英語表記ですので抵抗ある方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、シンプルにグロナビを設定したい方には便利だと思います。

Good app for mega menu options. I needed some extra css coding and the development team has supported me perfectly within their possibilities.

Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.

Like has been mentioned, the app is currently not working at all. This seems to be the case for other menu apps out there, though, so I suspect that it is tied into a bigger problem (DoS on menu apps?) I would have given one star, because they haven't responded to my inquiries either, but they are probably frantically trying to get the bigger problem resolved. I will raise the stars to 5 when the issue is fixed. In the meantime, I have to update my Debut theme menu. And it is ugly. UPDATE: the menu is now working, but they still have not responded to my inquiry. The remaining star will go up as soon as I hear back.

10/10. There is literally nothing better. The ease of help of the app and customer service are beyond. Because of this i will be buying one of their paid products. I would give it 5/5 if their watermark wasnt present.
