Great app easy to use, with nice functionality, really nice support team i would recommend definitely ! ( could do with the add of more icon options ) but amazing app

Some problems but Excellent support solved it all very fast! some possible improvements: Control the number of images when you only have 1 image (currently if you have one image it pushes all the way to the left side).

The app is easy to use and the customer support has been excellent! The navigation looks nice on our store, since we were able to customize it the way we wanted.

I am using the "Mega Menu app" on my store and recently I needed some help with this app. Customer support was friendly and fixed the problem within a day. Totally recommend!

Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.

The app works fine, it's easy and intuitive. We had one issue with the app but the support team was really helpful and take care of it.

We were having trouble finding an app to do a more advanced mega menu. Globo Mega Menu was just the answer, with infiniately adjustable settings to tailor it just to your requirements. Plus the support team are super helpful!

The support team on this are outstanding. Quick to respond and dealt with some theme issues I was having really quickly. The app is also superb. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality app with excellent support.

Best app to design great menus Great support, i had some issues regarding the charging speed of my page and the support helped me with that.

Results vary too greatly with publish feature. Search does not work. Cannot get menu items to align independently, it's all or nothing. Paid only for tabbed menus. I'd pay but getting a menu to publish correctly is too hard.

Went great for a couple day apart from some minor issues. Now it doesn't even let me create a menu, just add a product item. I only have 2 mega menus so I'm not at the limit. It keeps giving me warnings that I'm using a paid service for having a Highlight on my Main menu and I deleted my menu and it still constantly shows up. VERY disappointed I have spent hours designing this just to scrap it. Thank god I didn't give them money yet. /edit Dropping to one star. Now they've emailed me asking to pay and for me to remove my review? Literally the worst support I've seen yet!
Hello, I'm sorry for your experience. Regarding the "Highlight": You are using the feature on your menu. this feature is only available in paid plan. That's so I recommend you should delete the "highlight" in your menu item. Then publish your mega menu. Regarding left over code on your theme: Before delete the app, please hit the button "Unpublish" to remove all of the left over code. Cheers, Eric

I used this App for my menu in the store. It's a great menu, super easy to use. I had a small issue with the display on mobile, Sarah and the team fixed it in no time. Will look to use paid plans on stores with a larger variety.
