I just had great experience with Helen in their chat support team! I was encountering a bug that is on Shopify's end, but she was able to take care of what I needed on her side behind the scenes. I'm all set to be able to start building the menu I want. She also showed me how to adjust the width of the mega menu columns so I can experiment with adding more columns. Kudos to Helen for proactively solving my problem and being so friendly!

We have been using the app for several years now and have been very happy, being able to quickly change and tailor the menu any way we need has been very valuable to us. Although we rarely need support (the system is pretty easy to understand) we have been very happy with being able to chat quickly and get things solved right away (Annie has been super helpful recently!) I would recommend the Mega Menu to anyone who has a decent sized product catalog and wants to make customers be able to find things quick and easy.

I love this app! Not only has it improved my navigation on my website tremendously, but I also love how quick and efficient the customer service team is! Helen helped me out today when I was having an issue takin something off my website (due to a shopify bug) but she fixed it within seconds! Thank you, Helen!

The delete bug from shopify and Helen help me solve this, that's so kind also help me width the website menu. Customer service responded promptly and swiftly resolved my issue, while also offering suggestions for improvement. Many thanks to Helen.

This app is a very user-friendly, helpful, and highly customisable navigation bar editor. The live support chat is ready whenever you need them. Great app and super easy to use. I'm thinking up upgrading once my website grows as there are so many cool functions! I had an issue with deleting categories from a menu, contacted Globo customer service and received a reply within a few hours! Helen helped me out and was quick, efficient and very friendly. Highly recommend!

App is easy to use and the customer service (thank you Sarah!) was amazing and fast! It made adding categories fun and I feel my websitte has a much better navigational flow.
