I had an issue deleting an item in the Globo Mega Menu app, and Helen provided excellent support. She quickly understood the problem and helped remove the item from the backend. Very professional and helpful — highly recommended!

They resolved my problem incredibly smoothly and enthusiastically, instantly dispelling my previous frustration. Their attitude was excellent, and they even switched languages based on my spoken language. I was served by the lovely Helen, a truly adorable and proactive customer service representative who was absolutely perfect at solving problems!

Great App for fully customized menu design! It's simple to use and flexible to build based on our ideas. Most importantly, Helen from dev team had been positively response to our requests and helped us to achieve the apparence we want. The best App experience so far

Encountered an issue on my site, contacted the support team who responded within half an hour, they explained the next steps and the next time I logged on to my website, the issue was fixed! My menu looks great and it was really easy to set up. Highly recommend.

Well made app! They feature many customization options to scale up and down for any kind of catalog size which is great. You may run into some compatibility issues with your theme, but their support team is always available to correct any issues. Sarah was specifically very helpful and responsive!

Great support. Took a little bit to master the settings (because they're so expansive) but Helen was fantastic with all my questions and the menu is now looking 5 stars! Exactly what we wanted:)
