Excellent and fast customer service!!

We had a problem before release, when using sticky header the menu wouldn't show correctly. The support team fixed our problem in less than an hour from first contact. Absolutely amazing! The app itself is very intuitive and easy to use.

Looks good but lack mobile customazation and my whole app is bugged

One of the most responsive and professional support teams that I've had the pleasure of dealing with. We redesigned our website and created a new main menu and when it was time to launch the new site, the menu wouldn't publish. I contact support and they got it working fast. After it was published, I had some other spacing and width issues that were outside of the user settings within the app and their Dev team got everything working in no time. I'm SUPER happy with this app and even happier with their support! This app is definitely worth the cost and I would highly recommend to anyone!

The app is easy to understand and simple to use. The direct visual representation when editing the navigation bar is very helpful. The support is also fantastic. I have received quick and helpful feedback on my requests. I am very satisfied with the app and the support.

I would recommend this app to everyone, even if you dont need a new menu, simply because the customer service is so outstanding! - I am decently tech savvy, so when I encountered issues, they were fairly complex to even explain and yet the dev team was more than happy to help. Sarah was amazing and communicated clearly with kindness, patience, and helped me through several complex coding issues. They care, they're quick, and they're smart.

have been using globe menu since the end of jan 2024, and its been great. the support is very helpful and quick to get back to me. I just had updated to the latest theme version and they quickly got my menu back up and running on It. Update: today I had an issue with the menu and it is evening hours for them, and they still quickly got the issue fixed for me within 30 minutes. Thank you very much for always being fast to help with issues.

The support team is phenomenal and I really enjoy working with them. They provide fast assistance whenever i need to make any changes to our menu even helping with css styling improvements. Definitely recommend working with them, as I will now check out their other apps also.

After publishing the Menu for the first time it worked fine. When we made some changes and tried to publish it again the Menu didnt change at all. It says you need to wait a couple minutes, but after 3 times of waiting at least 2 hours we are done with this application. Support did respond to our problem but didnt do anything about it. Only 2 stars because it is kinda easy to use.
