Menu only working in mobile but not in desktop.Is there any setting to show menu in both mobile and desktop.Can you help me with this.

easy to use and great customer support. We had a page loading issue. They resolved straight away. Well priced too compared to other menu apps

Had some issues with the install but support is responsive and helped us get on the right path. Thank you! Loving the menu so far. Update 8/30/2019 - They're still pretty awesome with following up on requests - quick too!

WOW! This app really is amazing! For years, we have had a very basic menu and we realised that, with a lot of products, customers were finding it very difficult to find the product they wanted. This app has solved that! In a few hours, we have been able to create a brilliant mega menu that catergorises all our products perfectly, and actually helps us to manage our store better also. Even more importantly, the app support is amazing! There were certain bespoke changes we were not able to make but the team at Globo assisted us immediately and we now have specific design changes that fit our store perfectly. The best thing about this app is the ability to add products in the menu, so you can show off your best sellers in the menu! Very good app indeed! The menu is very flexible and allows you to do many different kind of menus. The support is incredible and has tremendously helped me to launch my menu when I needed and I had issues. I can't recommend this enough!

We are more than satisfied with this app! Very intuitive and adaptations can be realized very easily! We have found all the functions we hoped for from a menu app. The customer service is especially outstanding! This is quite possibly the best mega menu app on the market right now. I tried several other and then settled on this one for its clean user interface and easy administration.

I installed this app to sample what was actually included in the "free" program only to find out that it was less then expected but the real problem is that there are definitely remnants of code remaining in my theme that are outside my skill set to remove. I tried re-installing the app but I was unable to do that as well.

Still in the trial period but I have to say that the support provided for minor modifications has been excellent. Helen helped me get some small issues ironed out in no time. As for the app, early days, but it allows me a lot of flexibility on how I want to set up the menu on my store! Thanks!

Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.

I had installed the app but it stopped working, they fixed it and when I realised the mobile menu was not working. They also fix it. So thanks to Emma that did all the hard work
