I had a great experience with the Helpdesk support. I don't think the menu builder is 100% intuitive and there were some bugs I couldn't figure out on my own (especially as a free user). The Helpdesk guys were more than willing to exchange 10+ emails with me to get the outcome I wanted! So even if the product is great but the tools are not 100% awesome their Helpdesk is more than willing to get you to where you want to be!

The app is good but the support is great! I asked for several changes after installing it and they helped me with everything, with patience and quick. Strongly recommend it.

Update: I cant say more about this company. They are so helpful. They reply immediately and the app is perfect for my store. Update: Sarah is just awesome. Ran into a glitch I couldn't fix and the support was incredible. I love this App. We wanted the shopping experience to be easier to navigate, and to allow the user to be able to find exactly what they are looking for. Globo and the Mega Menu achieved exactly what we wanted and when we had a question about changing something, Sarah and Globo were able to help us promptly and efficiently.

In our shop we needed a very developed menu that went beyond the screen length, they were the only ones to solve this problem.

Really difficult to use, you basically have to re-theme the entire menu bar to get it close to your site. Not as intuitive or easy to use as something like Buddha. What really annoyed me is that there is no free trial of the Pro, so I wasted $10 for the privilege of trialing this app.

I love the customizability of the menus you can create with this app. Seemed pretty easy to get up and running, and the only minor issue I had was handled by the customer service team right away.

Great app, works really well. A couple adjustments were needed to get this working the way we wanted to that I couldn't accomplish with the app settings and the support team helped me implement what we were looking to achieve very promptly.

Using this APP since I have started my store at Shopify. Never disappointed. They have free version as I have used for many months but trust me paid one has more amazing features. Team always replied my queries very and resolved all issues very efficiently and quickly. They helped me beyond the expectation. I have tried some other companies as but they help you like computer but Globo Mega Menu team not like them. Very satisfied with quality of work. Special thanks to 'Sarah" for you amazing support. Literally the best customer support and service we have ever received when dealing with a 3rd party Shopify app. The customization possibilities they offer is well beyond what you get with any Shopify theme and it's super easy to use. Ik gebruik deze app voor het maken van Menu's op mijn dropship website. Omdat ik een store met veel producten maak is het erg belangrijk dat mijn klanten makkelijk en overzichtelijk de weg vinden. Ik heb meerdere app's geprobeerd en met name de support uitgetest. Deze app is toch wel de winnaar, ik liep tegen een paar problemen aan maar er wordt bijna instant gereageerd op de mails! Een aanrader!
