This app gives you so much more freedom with your menu than out of the box. It's super easy to use & very friendly. The support is out of the world! My favourite feature has to be the fact you can export the nav! As someone that has multiple stores the feature is great!

In terms of function, this Mega menu app is easy to setup and does what you need. We are still setting it up and have had some issues but customer support is great and have helped us resolve every detail so far. Hopefully the app keeps growing to improve the cosmetics and other personalization features. I will come back once its all setup to see if I elevate my score. UPDATE We are about to go live with our website and the service that we have gotten from GLOBO team has been second to none. Unexpected to be honest based on other experiences. Globo customer service and dev team took care of all requests in less than 24 hrs even when it seamed to be a completely personalized asking. I'm sure the app will only get better. For anyone questioning whether to go with this or not, try this app out, you won't regret it!

The app works fine but the interface is filled with intrusive ads for the developer's other apps and it does not look or feel professional.

I've been using this app for quite a long time, and I love the way it looks. Easy to use, easy to customize, has a lot of options, and works with my store even though I have A LOT of subcategories and items. Great app!

I've been using the Mega Menu for a few months and really appreciate the versatility it offers. Had a question about reordering the items in the menu and the support query was answered in a matter of a few hours and even with a helpful explainer video. Excellent product and top support. Thank you.

It's terrible- doesn't save your work. No undo button. Things changed on me even when I saved them. I had to redo my menus 3 times b/c some how my sub menus were dragged out and I couldn't drag them back.

I used this app to create an amazing looking menu for my website! I came across some problems, which I couldn't solve alone and Globo's customer service (Sarah) and development team were so friendly & helpful. Solved 3 of the issues I couldn't by myself within a day or so! Genuinely can only recommend this app. :)

Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.
