This is quite possibly the best mega menu app on the market right now. I tried several other and then settled on this one for its clean user interface and easy administration.

I installed this app to sample what was actually included in the "free" program only to find out that it was less then expected but the real problem is that there are definitely remnants of code remaining in my theme that are outside my skill set to remove. I tried re-installing the app but I was unable to do that as well.

Still in the trial period but I have to say that the support provided for minor modifications has been excellent. Helen helped me get some small issues ironed out in no time. As for the app, early days, but it allows me a lot of flexibility on how I want to set up the menu on my store! Thanks!

Looks great and easy to use, but after you set it all up there are glitches. On a Desktop view, you cannot click on the checkout cart on your website. I contacted tech support, but there was no response to fix this issue. We installed it since we had so many complaints from our customers and who knows how many people on a desktop could not check out their purchase, so they left our site.

I had installed the app but it stopped working, they fixed it and when I realised the mobile menu was not working. They also fix it. So thanks to Emma that did all the hard work

Great app that has helped us a lot to make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for. We have a lot of products and categories that could not easily be fitted into the standard menu. Now our site looks better and is easier to navigate. Support is really helpful and has been very responsive, as we had some very specific request to make the menu match our theme, so they have been able tot customise the look for us, truly greatful for that great service.

Great app with lots of flexibility to present product categories and ranges in different ways, very easy to use and the support team are excellent and highly responsive. I had a few questions with how my content could be better displayed and the team were able to help me instantly. Highly recommended!

I would like to give it 6 stars, but only 5 are available. The app is great, it helps you to create a professionally looking menu that increases your sales (I have proved it). There are some tricky moments in setting things up, but it is surely worth the result. Quick and helpful support. Thank you!

Installed it and every time I attempted to open the app to perform a trial run, I kept on being redirected to the installation agreement. Never was able to open the app even though i agreed to the trial several times. j

I am using this app to setup my shop menu properly. I did have a little problem regarding the mobile menu with Globo Mega Menu. A good thing is that their customer support is fantastic, Emma is very friendly and help me fix the issue immediately. Highly recommended.

Not only does this app make your menu look amazing, but it's absolutely easy to use. I love all the different types of menus you can build and it just works with no ill effects on the site. And the service is impeccable.
