Awesome! Great support, works well with no coding experience or anything. Really happy with it. Installed on 3 sites :)

This app gives you so much more freedom with your menu than out of the box. It's super easy to use & very friendly. The support is out of the world! My favourite feature has to be the fact you can export the nav! As someone that has multiple stores the feature is great!

The app works fine but the interface is filled with intrusive ads for the developer's other apps and it does not look or feel professional.

I've been using this app for quite a long time, and I love the way it looks. Easy to use, easy to customize, has a lot of options, and works with my store even though I have A LOT of subcategories and items. Great app!

It's terrible- doesn't save your work. No undo button. Things changed on me even when I saved them. I had to redo my menus 3 times b/c some how my sub menus were dragged out and I couldn't drag them back.

Request a fix to a couple of problems and the developer fixed them within a few hours. I am very pleased with the service.

I used this app to create an amazing looking menu for my website! I came across some problems, which I couldn't solve alone and Globo's customer service (Sarah) and development team were so friendly & helpful. Solved 3 of the issues I couldn't by myself within a day or so! Genuinely can only recommend this app. :)

The app is easy to use and the customer support has been excellent! The navigation looks nice on our store, since we were able to customize it the way we wanted.

Updated review: shortly after I posted a negative review because of a lack of customer support, their team reached out and helped us investigate the issue. Unfortunately, an update impacted our legacy account and because we were on a free version, they didn't seem to bother updating older versions. Ultimately though, we got the issue resolved and Sarah from support was awesome. Keeping one star back because I wish they would have notified that the update was going to happen. A recent upgrade to the app made our menu stop expanding on hover. No access to support -- I would not recommend.

The app works fine, it's easy and intuitive. We had one issue with the app but the support team was really helpful and take care of it.

We were having trouble finding an app to do a more advanced mega menu. Globo Mega Menu was just the answer, with infiniately adjustable settings to tailor it just to your requirements. Plus the support team are super helpful!

The support team on this are outstanding. Quick to respond and dealt with some theme issues I was having really quickly. The app is also superb. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quality app with excellent support.
