Mega Menu is so great, and what makes it so great is the team!! Wow they are so incredibly helpful! They really make the app the 5 stars it deserves.

I had the best support Ive ever experienced with shopify apps, Sarah was amazing. She responded so fast to my questions, with excellent explanations. We also needed some custom coding to get the menu on our website which they did for free. The app is not hard to learn. It has amazing flexibility. It loads fast and looks great. I like that I can design the menu on the back end and then push the design changes to the website when ready. I also really like being able to add images and icons. You can add labels in the menu such as New or On sale or Popular. It really stands out and grabs attention. Enormous flexibility in terms of its functionality means its going to suit nearly everyone. I love that we can mirror Aliexpress menus which I find are simple for customers to use especially for stores with lots of products, and obviously its a highly successful design. I like the categories drop down too, really stands out. I highly recommend this app and the team behind it.

Easy to use and create menus! I did encounter a few issues but the support team was super quick and fixed them for me. They even customized the mobile menu the way we wanted it. Overall, super happy with the app and how it looks within the theme. 10/10 for the support too!

I used the app to create menus for our site and the complex product submenus. This app has been installed and works well on our site to support the menus as we wanted. Sarah and her team did a great job helping us to optimize the website to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this app to websites who need complicated submenus.

A great tool to customize your header the way you want to! We wanted to have a small change which I guess needed to be coded, and the team did a great job helping us there to make it look just the way we needed it. And they did it for free. We're definitely going to upgrade the subscription for this tool. Big recommendation!

Great app for new stores, easy to undertsand and implement on the site and support is extremely helpful even on the free version. They reply instantly and fix your issue.

I have been using this app for a while. I recently changed the theme and somehow it didn't work with this new theme well. So I contacted the customer service and they responded with lightening speed and fixed the issue within 1 day . I highly recommend the app easy to use and customize with great customer service

In using Mega Menu app, we've encountered some design requests that where needed specific to our visitors. Mega Menu staff helped make these customizations quickly and accurately and made our experiences with a Shopify App Developer stellar. Other app devs should definitely take note.

I had a great experience with the Helpdesk support. I don't think the menu builder is 100% intuitive and there were some bugs I couldn't figure out on my own (especially as a free user). The Helpdesk guys were more than willing to exchange 10+ emails with me to get the outcome I wanted! So even if the product is great but the tools are not 100% awesome their Helpdesk is more than willing to get you to where you want to be!

The app is good but the support is great! I asked for several changes after installing it and they helped me with everything, with patience and quick. Strongly recommend it.

Ran into a glitch I couldn't fix and the support was incredible. I love this App. We wanted the shopping experience to be easier to navigate, and to allow the user to be able to find exactly what they are looking for. Globo and the Mega Menu achieved exactly what we wanted and when we had a question about changing something, Sarah and Globo were able to help us promptly and efficiently.

In our shop we needed a very developed menu that went beyond the screen length, they were the only ones to solve this problem.
