Glow has been an excellent partner over the last 5 years- and has allowed us to grow our customer base and retention. Since we added a Shopify POS we can also offer our visiting customers their rewards in-store as well. The return is almost double our investment and we love their customer service. Customers enjoy applying credits and do so often. Try them out today.

Amazing app and the functionality for the price is brilliant. I have integrated this with my instore third party epos & Shopify and it works perfectly. I have been in communication with Sergey at every step of the way and the level of support is superb!

We've used this app for 6 months and it adds a lot to our customer experience. It's intuitive and easy to install - but the absolute best part is the customer service. I ran into a snag with a customer account issue and having not fully installed part of the app so I reached out to the glow team. They responded within just a couple of hours and worked with me through the evening to find and resolve the issue. I worked with Sergey - and am so thankful for his professionalism and help. 10/10 experience across the board. Highly recommend!

I have been using the free version of this app for my jewelry business. It's a great incentive for customers to return and place more orders. I love the customer service here. EVERY single time I have asked for help I have had very patient and polite, resourceful people who genuinely made me feel like they wanted to resolve any issues I had. Most of my issues were not with the app but e.g. how to get rid of bots or how to eliminate dormant customers who use up space but don't show activities. Sergey, who helped me "declutter" my members did all of this on his end always checking in to make sure he does exactly what I had in mind, offering suggestions I would not have thought of myself. Really recommend this app. Can't wait to have more than 500 active members to justify paying for the upgrade.

We’ve been using this app for three years straight. It’s very easy to set up, offers great value for money, and the team has been consistently adding new functionality over time. The recently added Klaviyo integration is fantastic, especially as we’re working to streamline all our outgoing emails through Klaviyo campaigns and flows. The support is also exceptional—10/10. Highly recommended!

This App is AMAZING! I have seen great response through using the Glow Loyalty app in my store. Customers love it and enjoy tracking their points and ultimately using their points to grab their favorite products from me. I am super excited about using an addition of Glow (PayWhirl) for my upcoming subscription option. Thank you Glow!

Having tried out several Loyalty Apps, Glow is by far the best in terms of ease of set up, functionality and value for money, with all features included in their entry level 'Sprout' option for $9.99pcm (for reference, it costs $25pcm for comparable features in app programmes such as BON Loyalty who charge extra for simple but imperative things like changing branding colours on the widget!) - Also their support is fast and effective with Live Chat very responsive and super helpful. I would like to thank Sergey for all of his support to date in helping guide us to get the most out of the App. I've also just found out they have an API for helping us to automate certain things as we scale. Highly recommended for all Shopify users, whether you're just starting out and experimenting, or scaling a larger, more complex loyalty programme. I will upgrade to 5 stars when the feature for allowing customers to redeem ad-hoc points at checkout is enabled, as this is the only piece missing at the moment. Customers currently need to reach Points Milestones to create redeemable coupons, which could potentially put some people off. The ability to redeem points balance at checkout would be the icing on the cake for this App.

Fantastic App with great pricing and feature set for a Bricks and Mortar\ Online combo . Ease of use is great and integration is quick and easy. Support requests and queries have been handled quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to seeing the App develop and new features integrated.

Excellent app, really well thought out and flexible. They migrated our clients for us and tailored it to our needs. Excellent support! As a coffee roaster and coffeehouse, we really appreciate their pricing plans. Glow is one of the few that base it on the number of members and not the number of transactions. For anyone thinking of using Shopify's POS, choose 'member-based' plans and avoid the transaction-based plans, which most other loyalty apps use because they will count every POS sale (even just a coffee). When we added POS, it catapulted us from a free plan to one costing hundreds of dollars per month! Of the member-based loyalty apps we reviewed, Glow's app was the best, even better than the transaction-base loyalty app that wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars a month. Thank you, Glow!

I just finished setting this up, but so far, I'm happy. They helped me import rewards from a previous program. The email feature and points expiry with an affordable price drew me to this app. I was also pleasantly supprised with how well the app worked on my website. For me, it is much more intuitive than other programs when on a website.

Speedy and professional customer service. A bit pricey when you have more than 50 users but other than that our experience has been good so far.

I am trying to get in contact with someone and none answer I been charge $25,000 dollars I only have 535 members thank god my card didn't go true but now I can't print labels because I have a bill for 25,000 I need this fix now
Thanks for reaching out. I apologize for the scare and am glad it's been resolved. It looks like you upgraded to a custom plan on July 1st with 5,000,000 active members (the highest custom plan we offer) and then downgraded to our Startup plan for $29/month on July 2nd, which, perhaps, was your intention from the beginning? If you exceed our normal pricing plans with more than 12,000 active loyalty members we offer custom plans and you can specify the number of members you'd like. In this case, when you upgraded, you selected the maximum possible value and it caused the price to be very high. There is a confirmation page where merchants have to accept the new pricing in Shopify and it usually prevents any issues but seems to have been accepted when you upgraded. We're going to lower the maximum number of loyalty members from 5M to 250k in response to your report to ensure the pricing maximum is much lower unless a business reaches out to our team and has more than 250k customers in their loyalty program. We've been running the Rewards and Refer a Friend programme for about a month and the early customer take up and reaction is good. The App itself is pretty much intuitive, quick to set up and highly brandable. When we've needed support it's always been forthcoming and helpful, but if you're in the UK be aware they operate on East Coast USA time zone. We've happily moved up from the Free plan to the first level of Paid for based on our early experience. We love to be able to integrate with JudgeMe Reviews

I have added this app to both of my websites, the support was amazing quick replies and simple easy to follow instructios. The initial setup was straightforward and took about 20 minutes. I can't comment on the sign up rate as yet as I have just gone live. Thanks to Ryan awesome support.
