This app simplifies our fulfillment process a lot & is easy to use. I don't need to manually place the shipping details on the website anymore. It automatically updates the fulfillment of the order once the pick up is booked, BUT there is no update / feature to inform the customer that the package is on its way with their tracking number. Customer service also needs a lot of improvement as well since they do not respond to customer concerns.
