Can't get it to work -- and was charged shipping WTH??

Being completely unable to pick out the language for your reviews (of course unless you pay) is downright scummy design. Your only option in the free plan is for the app to pick "Most Relevant" reviews which all appeared in a different language to my store's. Anything you might want to do about it has a pay wall. There are better, cheaper options I will take my money to.
