Used to be a great app, but now their customer service is terrible. I've contacted them five (!!!) times through Shopify, and they still can’t find my email. Complete letdown. I can’t recommend them—there are far more reliable apps out there.

The app is quite complex and requires a lot of attention to detail. We discovered it adds extra customer event tags, which slowed down our homepage and product pages by 15–20% (confirmed with Google PageSpeed). Since we don’t run Google Ads or Facebook Ads, the app brought no real benefits, only slower performance. Support is not available during the day and replies only by email. In the end, we decided to uninstall, as it was just wasting time and money. Make sure you truly need this app before installing.

We discovered that the Simprosys app is automatically turning on tracing tags via the Web Pixels API without our permission. This is a serious concern because it results in duplicate events being sent to platforms, which can completely distort analytics and ad tracking data.

This app is terrible and not user-friendly. I used it for 3 months and my Google Merchant Center account was suspended for “Website Needs Improvement,” even though my website was perfectly fine. When I reached out for help, they never responded to my emails. The app also sends way too many unnecessary product links to Google Merchant Center; most of them weren’t even from my website, and I have no idea where they came from. I only have about 500 products, but this app submitted data for over 121,000 product links. Because of this, my account was suspended. Thankfully, after Google’s manual review team checked everything, the issue was resolved. But this app and their customer support caused the problem in the first place. I don’t see why I should pay for a service that provides no real solution and ignores support requests. Avoid this app, it’s not worth the trouble.

Ruined my current GMC and google ad setup. Had a 1100% ROAS running my ads manually. Installed this and was told it wouldn't affect my current setup. With a few days my ROAS is now <500%. Products have been adjusted in my data source and was assured this wouldnt happen. Confusing app, useless support that was slightly rude and abrupt but maybe that was a language barrier so i wouldn't say that was too much of an issue. However, the drop in my ROAS is the main issue for steering clear.

Terrible Customer Service. Issue ongoing for more than a week and still can not see how they are going to resolve their mistake. Continue to ignore basic questions and have failed to take responsibility. Performed updates in google merchant centre without consent and blamed issues on "google errors". Then asked me what the google errors are when they were the ones who said there were errors! Sent communication to an alternative email without consent. They seem to be confused and responses are to deny responsibility rather than resolve the underlying issue, there by continuing to impact the customer.

Hello, I do not recommend this app. Customer support very very slow, in addition they did not solve any problem. Just copy pasting. Catalog services not working good, there is full of bugs. Pixels not working well, Google and Meta.

Terrible customer support! They take four days to reply to emails, and I’m still waiting for them to fix my inactive Google conversion tag.

I have been using this app for 3 years but I am starting to realize now how much they came in the way of our data collection. Sure it is great value for $5, but do you really want your data collection from ads to be setup by a team that just copies and pastes answers? These guys are the laziest people when it comes to ticket resolution. Often times I get the same message of giving them access in the same thread, something I have given them years ago and repeatedly remind them. It takes 30 responses to get anything resolved, and this week I decided to move on to another tool. If you spend thousands on ads, take to a better solution, these guys have a terrible product. I have been using them for 3 years and in the last week my data collection has improved significantly with another tool. Pay cheap prices and get cheap service, as simple as that

Support doesn't answer emails promptly, and they are only not available during normal business hours if you live in the United States. So getting help when you need is difficult unless you wanna be up at 1 or 2 AM in the morning to match their Indian Standard Time. This is not acceptable for a business that serves an American public.

The app has been giving us consecutive issues with price mismatch issues over almost a year, every time we contact the common things they says is: do not use Shopify geolocation app popup your micro data has issues and they every time fix it and still the issue exists. they want us to override all Shopify market conversion prices from automatic to manual. every single thing is done every time and the issue keeps on appearing the problem with them is there senior management is just not bothered and they put everything over to the juniors who just have basic know how or they are just not bothered at all. every single website we have is same issues, I would not recommend them at all although we are stuck with them and cannot switch as of now as its too much of a work for now. Typical problem with Indian companies the moment they become big everything goes to junior staff who is not bothered I wont say not capable they are just non serious.

there online chat system never works. they replied your email after 4 days. very unprofessional. i recommended to all never use it. Now i will try to find other app.

Regarding response time, we have responded to you within a timely manner. But seems your inbox was not working. That might have been another reason your emails were not reaching to us too. Hope you can understand.

avoid at all costs. support is horrific. the app doesn't work. We have been struggling with this App. Out of Stock items continue to show up in paid Ads. We want product to be able to be purchased-even if out of stock-but not have the items advertised so we pay for Clicks. THIS APP DOES NOT ALLOW THIS! Support is horrific...long delays to respond....zoom calls are a complete waste of time as you can't understand a word that is said. Stay away from this App.
