costumer support dont know what they are doing. I followed the instruction of costumer support to add a market. after 10min my products are disaproved, everytime they say something else. When i show them what the error is, they dont listen they dont care about your bussiness;) Update: The next day they contacted me and helped me with everything. They fixed my feed, fixed the products that was disapproved! The reaction time was very fast and i can always depend on them!

Great app, low cost, Superb service. They don't just fix the issue, they also take the time to educate and explain. Just that makes it worth the money. Also you probably only need one order per month extra from this to pay for the costs. No reason not to have it!

This app is of real value! It provides the crucial product info that Google seeks for the store. I was frustrated by all the error messages given by Google in the Merchant Center. Then one day, happened to notice a message by Google in the Merchant Center recommending the Simprosys app. I decided to install it since the recommendation was coming from the horse's mouth. Sure enough, after installing the app, it was so pleasing to see all the Google errors for the store products going away. All the products are now indexed in Google without any issues, which is delightful.

Für den deutschen Markt meiner Meinung nach nicht verwendbar. Nach einem Wochenende testen wieder deinstalliert, das kann ein Unternehmen ruinieren! Meiner Einschätzung nach liegt das an fehlerhafter Sprachanpassung englischsprachiger App / deutschem Merchant Center. Beispiele: In der App hinterlegte Artikelzustände werden gar nicht übermittelt. Die App zeigt längst behobene Fehlermeldungen des Merchant Center (welche nicht einmal das Merchant Center selbst anzeigt) nach Stunden immer noch an. Da alle 278 Artikel meines Shops fehlerbehaftet (u. a. lokale Inventardaten, obwohl gar nicht aktiviert und auch die Datenguellen im MC gelöscht sind) übertragen wurden als mit der Google-eigenen App und weiterhin als "Begrenzt" angezeigt werden, bleibt mir nur das Löschen. Schade! Mehr Glück nach einer vernünftigen Lokalisierung der App.

This app makes it easy for ecommerce sites to publish their products directly to Google Shopping. The customer service is very helpful especially for technical issues.
