One app that handles all the tracking & shopping feed problems. Facebook & Google pixel tracking is as easy as it gets. Support is top-notch. Highly recommended.

Great customer service. Shiva helped me a lot today. Thank you : )

strongly recommend

I was worried about migrating from Google's proprietary app, but the team at Simprosys made the transition a breeze. They gave me an hour of their time, helping to clean up old scripts that might conflict with their conversion tracking tools. Everything went super smooth and looking forward to the new breadth of capability their app opens up. Thanks team!

Unsatisfactory, inaccurate tracking, contact handling was patient but unaware of the problem.

awesome！

Super support team , they are resolving every problem on the spot. thanks team

Powerful app and great customer service! The latest updates that support Shopify Markets are a game changer.

Customer Service(Saad) is very helpful and the app is working Good

Customer service is very patient and has been helping me with my problems

This has been a great app until it disconnected the shopping feed for no apparent reason. We did not realize for a day or so and when it reconnected it connected to the wrong catalogue which also went undetected for a day or so. We are 2 weeks on from that now and we are still trying to get back the lost ground with FB and google shopping. Our sales have dropped by at least 50% because of this fault that Simprosys as been unable to explain except it was some sort of a glitch :(

A very responsive and professional team, I am really satisfied with their service. Thank you again.

Great support and easy ways to integrate with 3rd party tools. Thank you!

We use this app at htttps://deinsteinmetz.de and are completely satisfied. The support responds quickly and competently.

Very easy to use, the customer service staff was quick to deal with issues and all my problems were solved, I would recommend it! !
