the best customer service in all Shopify app. very professional and solving all the issues. very simple and useful feet for Google, Facebook and Bing. asking the right questions, not leave the conversation until everything is solved. thank you so much Simprosys team :)

I have installed and used this app for some time. Recommended by industry experts, and I would also like to recommend this to all as well. Easy to use and setup. The support team is helpful and professional. The app is clear to use. If you're looking for something to deal with the feeds, this is the one.

Taral was very responsible and patient. I had a conversation with him for more than one hour. He didn't show any impatience with me. He timely understood my requirements for Google feed and gave detailed solutions and steps. Thank you very much! Recommend this app to any seller who needs to put Google ads for their store.

Im having trouble installing this app in keeps telling me "You don't have this app installed" every time i try to add it

Needed help with some issues we were experiencing in Google Merchant Center and the customer support was beyond helpful in resolving the issues through the app feed. Staff is thoughtful, insightful and thorough, best experience in dealing with an app's customer service.

Great app! You can see from the ratings and # of reviews that they do an incredible job. Even with all the complications of GA4 setup, they've made this process very easy. I highly recommend this app.

First thing that comes to mind is their skill sets in terms of understanding the google world. Secondly, is their ability to find quick easy to understand solutions and lastly, their app is extremely easy to implement and gives the merchant the ability to fine tune their products and optimise for Google Shopping.

I reached out the Simprosys with some questions and advise before installing the app. Within one day, I received a very helpful reply from Ashvin Prajapati from the support team. He answered all my questions. Coming from the Magento side, I was a little cautious with the feed. I soon realized that the app is so well built and has automated most of the manual tasks that I have been doing. I needed some help with the Google Merchant Center and reached out to Ashvin again via email, he advised my to use the chat so he could help me faster. Everything issue was solved and explained to me. My site has just been migrated to Shopify today and is ready to go. Thanks to Ashvin and Simprosys.
