The Simprosys app is incredibly easy to use. And - it is priced right! The dashboard is simple and straightforward - I was able to sync to my Google Shopping Feed in just a few minutes. I also appreciate that the app automatically syncs my inventory every 24 hours, ensuring that my listings are always up-to-date. Simprosys also sets up and syncs a Local Product Inventory feed. Also easy to use. I had a couple of challenges (Google's end of things) and had to contact support to help work through the issues. Very impressive follow-up and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, I highly recommend Simprosys to anyone looking for a feed management tool.

Works perfectly fine, has some helping options If you did not set up merchant meta-feed tags yourself. Support is fast and helpful.

Having used Google Shopping Feed from day one on Shopify, a new platform for us, we've yet to look back as it works like a breeze. It's made life so simple for us, from automatic feeds to excluding what we don't want, and is equally easy to use. Prompt support where and when needed, and the best part for this month is that GA4 support is imminent too. Definitely recommend the app and support.

So far, I've not had any bad experiences with this app. As we sell supplements, a lot of products get flagged up by google. Using this app, I've been able to edit the listings and make them suitable for google, without changing the product description on our website.

Amazing support. Instead of just sending me articles to help me out like much people do, they asked for staff permission in my store AND in my merchant feed and took the time to answer all my questions. We've spent around 45 minutes on the chat and not one time did I feel they wanted to get rid of me. No copy paste answers and no rush. Particular thanks to Shiva who took the time with me this morning! This type of support is getting rare nowadays.. Thanks again and best of luck!

Great Customer Service Support! They helped us excluding products from XML product feed. Nice app. We are able to sale cross board in local languages and currencies.

Simprosys team is very good, they respond quickly, they have knowledge about the product they are running with and can help regarding and query you have in your mind. I had a discussion with Taral for my issue and i got the good response and almost resolve my all the queries. Thank you and keep going.
