Wow, I am so glad I found Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for my business! This app has made my life so much easier. It's super user-friendly and I was able to set up my Google Shopping feeds in no time. And let me tell you, the features are just amazing. I have everything I need to run my campaigns like a pro. However, the best part of this whole experience has been the support team. These guys are amazing! They're always there to help with a smile and are so knowledgeable. We have been using Symprosys for over 4 years without any issue. We unfortunately encountered an issue with Google Merchant Centre (Totally unrelated to this app) and the customer support team went above and beyond to assist us in getting it resolved.

I've only just started to use the app (properly), however the support has been fantastic. I was having an issue with the shipping costs disallowing products in merchant centre - this has been resolved super quickly by Simprosys. They were very easy to deal with, and when asking me to give them access etc, they sent videos on how to do this, so I didn't waste time figuring things out. Bit shout out to Saad as well, really helpful and responsive. I find large tech companies so hard to get an answer from these days, (3wks to get a recent fix - and hrs to call centre- best not mention company involved!) These guys have been fantastic, - a big thank you!!!
