We have a tendency to assume everything is AUTOMATIC and when it isn't, we have problems dealing particularly with Google Merchant Centre where the only really smooth updates concern Googles ability to withdraw money from your bank account. We have used the support team at Simprosys on a couple of occasions and they have been prompt and effective in getting our product lists back up and running. Their APP also allows for far mor flexibility than the inbuilt 'klunky' Shopify version.

Have used this app for many years. Its great to have one place where all the data is fed from into other various platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Facebook. Any queries to the developers are always resolved promptly and help provided where I need to make changes on my side, Would really recommend this app!!

I used a different feed builder but was unhappy with the app. I found Simprosys; I actually had two individuals suggest them. They are great to work with in getting everything installed properly. They could even troubleshoot since not all of my tags were firing correctly. This app and its support outshine all other vendors I have worked with on Shopify. I would highly recommend them.
