Using this for a client with specific feed needs. My favorite thing is the support. The app is pretty technical, so can be a little tricky to use compared to the Shopify Google app. However Simran Ukey from support answered timely during ET business hours & helped me solve the issue.

I have used this app for so many sites now I've lost count. It's absolutely brilliant, the interface is very straight forward and the customer support always goes above and beyond for you. Couldn't be any more happier

This app does it's job very well as advertised but I have had one problem with the code in my theme causing disapprovals from Google. This was not a problem caused by the app or their responsibility but after I emailed about it, trying to get some information they fixed it for me within a couple of days. A service way beyond what I could hope to expect or pay for. On other small issues the chat help is quick, responsive and competent.

I have been using the app for a year already. They may have increased the number of customers, and I felt that the response time and quality of their customer support seemed to have dropped, but when I honestly discussed this with them about that, they responded quickly with a very competent staff, and serious problems that had occurred were resolved. In addition, he was quick to develop the necessary features. They are very good with both tools and people, so the more capacity they have to handle customer support, the better the service is bound to be.

Just started using this app and so far I am very pleased with it's ease of use and functionality (especially when compared to Shopifys own version as I was having issues with GTIN). I have had a couple of questions for tech support too and they have got back to me in very quick time and their help and advice has been exceptional!

Great app, takes the hassle out of setting up conversion tags. Spoke to Hemant, I was having trouble with conversion tracking, He went above and beyond. Very helpful.

So far very happy with this app. Their support dep. helped us set up Feed for Google Shopping. The onboarding was patient, and went through all the questions we had. They got back to us even when we done a setup error. The return on investment on Google Shopping has been fantastic.

Eine Klasse App, welche mit allen Kanälen welche wir benutzen funktioniert. Ob Google Merchant Center, Facebook Instagram Microsoft Shopping. Alle Kanäle werden damit gefüllt und man kann die Produkte in der App noch bearbeiten, was z.B. wichtig für die Grundpreisangabe. Der Service ist Spitze, wenn wir schon mal ein Problem haben, wird uns sehr schnell und gut geholfen. Kann die App nur empfehlen. Wir nutzen Sie in 2 Shops
