The app is great and the support is greatest... I cant imagine google ads without this app and its support.

The support is great. Sometimes I am not sure what is going on and they are more helpful than the google support. I am loving how easy it is to bulk edit and assign custom label and shipping labels!

I used this app in order to avoid Google's complicated things in order to import my products. Very easy to use, all things do automatically, and their team is amazing. They help you in every question or problem you may face in. I like the fact that I can change product titles based on Google Searches as a result I achieve better CTR and relevant Shopping ads

We have a tendency to assume everything is AUTOMATIC and when it isn't, we have problems dealing particularly with Google Merchant Centre where the only really smooth updates concern Googles ability to withdraw money from your bank account. We have used the support team at Simprosys on a couple of occasions and they have been prompt and effective in getting our product lists back up and running. Their APP also allows for far mor flexibility than the inbuilt 'klunky' Shopify version.
