We are still quite new to the app and are not using all of the features yet but have found the support provided (Ashvin and team) to be very good.

This app is one of the best ones we've used on Shopify. If I could give it 10 stars, I would. It has increased our sales online beyond our expectations and works flawlessly. It automates the process for Google Shopping allowing me to focus on other tasks. It informs us of when a product will not be listed and explains exactly what needs to be fixed. From the app, it will take you directly to the product so you can fix it with ease. I had some questions and needed some help since I had accidentally added the tracking code twice. The customer service was amazing and they helped me fix it right away. We are optimized and ready for more sales and I couldn't be happier. Given the great customer service, ease of use, and increase of sales, you can't go wrong. Highly recommend this app and the company in general.

I used this app to quickly update our Google Product Feed with more control. It let me choose from a variety of options and when I had a question I got help from the support within 10 minutes. Definitely recommended.

Ashvin is super, it has been the most efficient set up ever, among all the shopify app I used. If you are looking for a GOOGLE APP alternative, look no further. This app is not just an alternative, it is a top notch, timing saving, functional, with a customer support team that knows their stuff. If you are fed up with issues created by shopify's Google app, use this one.

I have spent weeks trying to update my shopping feeds and constantly got errors, this app saved me countless hours by updating everything, being able to bulk edit is amazing the customer service is amazing, instantly answered my questions, i will definitely be keeping this app!

I tried to use the new feature in feed for google shopping "automated rules for feed" and It confused me if the tags are really applying cause I can't see it on the App. so, I've reached out to the support, and provided me with a clear explanation of how this works. really thanks to Ashvin for helping me understand this new feature.
