Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

We use this app for integrating the feed into GMC. Have to say their support is top-notch as is their product. Love how intuitive it is. Also, there are support videos for almost any topic. Highly recommend!

I ask for help, because I was having issues with my google merchant account because it got suspended and didn't know what they were asking me to do. Taral helped me a lot explaining with screenshots exactly what i needed to change, it was a life saver for me because I am still learning how to use google merchant store. thank you so much!!

The support was responsive and guided me, sending me screenshots. I requested help because of two issues: duplicate Global site tags on website that lead to inaccurate tracking, and the Enhanced Conversion tracking was not working. Fortunately, I found these notifications in my Google Ads account, to be aware of. At first, I did not realize that when installing the app the old installation in the theme's code should be removed. The Simprosys team fixed the Enhanced Conversion tracking as the API integration setup had issues. Now it's working. The only downside is the difference of time zone for communication. Overall I’m happy with the app and support. Thank you for your help!

The app does what it promises. It gives you a better control over products in a catalog. For example, you can add additional information about products that are relevant for Facebook, Google but Shopify does not allow by default. Also, the support from Simprosysapps is fast and helpful and solves problems very quickly.
