Our Shopify prices are set as exc. taxes, so I needed a solution that allowed us to add on the VAT in order to show inc. VAT prices in the Facebook Feed. The official Facebook channel didn't seem to allow this so I needed an alternative. This app has met all our needs and the customer support is exceptional. Simprosys InfoMedia is great! Their customer service is responsive - and efficient! Our ads were suspended for under 24 hours and they actively helped us fix the issue. We didn't need to bring in developers. If you're not tech savvy - use them!!!
