The best customer service available! I contacted them due to issues with my google merchant centre account and they conducted a full review of my site and gave me a full list of improvements that I would never have even thought about. Great service very highly recommended.

This app is outstanding. It works like a charm. It also includes a Remarketing & Conversion Tracking feature, this is an awesome perk. The Customer Support Team answers fast, and they truly help you.

One of the best plugins on the market, easy to install and set up. It took less than 5 minutes to fully set up the account, both google merchant and google ads

I needed some extra help figuring out settings and Hemant helped me with that and then went above and beyond! I've actually NEVER had this much help and amazing customer support from any app I have installed on my site! He helped me get all my tags firing! ;)

Very very very satisfied with their help and knowledge. I could say these guys are so much better than anyone I ever talked to from Google Ads Support. They explain well any problem you may have, they make you understand and also help you to fix it with other words THEY KNOW WHAT THEY DO OR SAY! Thank you so much again Hemant. Highly recommend.

I had a problem with my feed, the person on the chat help me fix it really quick and easy, the operator showed links to help fix the problem. It is good to know they are there to help.

Absolutely superb. Great customer service. Had problems with feeds, they were very helpful trying to solve the problem. Since my first review one year has gone by. And I just want to add that support has been continuously amazing! Adjustements were made when necessary, and questions answered in a timely fashion. Can still recommend.

A very perfect service experience! Every service staff is very professional and dedicated, especially sohil. I can get a 5 star+ experience for this service staff. It is very, very good. I recommend this software. It is also the easiest and most functionally available for me so far. A complete plug-in is highly recommended! You will not be disappointed! !

Simprosys support is awesome (thanks Kevin for your quick help!). And the app is very convenient at an affordable price point. One of the better apps out there for sure for the value for money it offers!

This app is great and the support is absolutely incredible! I highly recommend this anyone as I can assure you if you are facing any technical issues, do not be concerned, the support is there to help you. They really went above and beyond with extremely thorough instructions and guided me very carefully there many issues. I had warnings from Google regarding multiple account issues and the incredible support team of this app helped me solve everything. They really know what they are doing and understand the details inside and out. I feel happy to support this team.
