I love having my clients pay for the tool. As a Google Shopping alchemist, I love relying on this App and the support the team provides. I'm so grateful I came across that App a few years ago.

Our Shopify prices are set as exc. taxes, so I needed a solution that allowed us to add on the VAT in order to show inc. VAT prices in the Facebook Feed. The official Facebook channel didn't seem to allow this so I needed an alternative. This app has met all our needs and the customer support is exceptional. Quick to respond with detailed answers and screenshots where helpful. I would 100% recommend. Thanks to Saad, Hinali and Vishal for their help.

This app is convenient to operate. When there is a question or issue that I don't understand and needed solved, the customer service staff Hinali is very patient to answer it for me. I use this software to sync my feed and it saves me a lot of time. This is a very nice software.

Simprosys InfoMedia is great! Their customer service is responsive - and efficient! Our ads were suspended for under 24 hours and they actively helped us fix the issue. We didn't need to bring in developers. If you're not tech savvy - use them!!!
