Better prove rate with the assistance of the app! I try Google's crawlers at first to build my shopping feed, one day later I have a feed with 500 products which is much smaller than the products we have in our shop. So I try this app, one day later I have a feed with 10000+ products!! Excellent job!! Not to mention their hard-working support team!

This was an upgrade from my last app for Google Shopping and has many nice features and solid support so far. Great value for the price.

This has been a useful app for us but as of the past months they've seem to have done some changes to it because we suddenly got google notices of large dropped inventory for every campaign. All sales dried up. The app is extremely buggy, and the more new changes they make, the more buggy it seems to get. Support will do nothing to improve on it. All they do is make excuses and waste hours on end with monologues and lecturing, while they really need assigned campaign support who can set the campaigns up FOR YOU, not waste time with the constant monologues. All settings have already been correctly setup in Shopify with categories, attributes, descriptions, quantities etc for each product, but these details end up feeding wrong into google all the time with nothing that is on Shopify showing up in the right place. This gets the listings rejected and your ads can therefore not be displayed. Since the simprosys app is regularly refreshing itself and refreshing content, this repeats itself again and again.... you can't keep manually correcting the same issues for hundreds of items that are created by their buggy app. You'd spend your entire work week, each week, doing this if they don't fix these bugs and admit to themselves their app is not working properly.

Had several GMC errors that had nothing to do with this app and the customer service team went above and beyond to help me get our account back up and running successfully. They were even happy to help with my numerous GMC questions outside of app function. In addition, we've been using this app to sync our products for the past 6 months and everything has been a super smooth process and a HUGE time saver with their bulk edit features. Thank you to the entire team for working so closely with me!

This app has saved me hours and hours of manual work and stress over gmc errors. It's awesome!! Customer service goes above and beyond with my endless questions and walked me through everything step by step. They even did some of the correcting for me on their backend. Great value and time saver. Thanks

It is very convenient to be able to sync to GMC. If you have any questions, it is very convenient to find online customer service. I believe we will renew the use after the trial period.

Support is on point, we had an issue with Schema Markups which was causing issues with our feed but Simprosys got on to it quickly and have fixed it up. Can't say enough about the value this app and team brings to any business!

We have used this app quite some time now for our Google Shopping, Bing Shopping & Facebook and has proven to be excellent. The support is second to none and we would really recommend it to anyone. Thanks for your continued support.
