I use this app to help me automatically update product information from shopify to my GMC. But I encountered some problems. GMC reminded me that the price of the feed in my account was inconsistent with the price of website crawling, and suspended my account. I conducted two phone calls with Google and they did not solve my problem and it took a week. Then I looked for other help, Simprosys’s technical brother was very friendly and patient to solve my problem, all I need to do is to add account permissions for them and drink my coffee and wait for him to help me solve all the problems. This is simply awesome. I appreciate their service very much and would like to recommend this app to my colleagues and friends. Express my gratitude again!

We have been quite happy with both the performance of this app and the tech support offered by its developer. They usually get back to an email request within a few hours and take time and effort to sort out your problem. Their staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We had previously used Shopify's own feed app which proved to be a nightmare and managed to get us banned from Google Merchant Center for a while. In fact I have heard that from several Shopify store owners. So coming from that background, this app provides a welcome relief. I would recommend this app for anyone who wants to implement a hassle-free, easy to manage feed for Google, Instagram/FB.

Very Supportive! I had a problem on my merchant centre in the mid night and emailed the developer about it. He replied in 10 mins with suggestions on how to fix it. I applied his suggestions and my merchant centre get back from suspension in just an hour! Amazing Job! Thank you so much!
