Easy to use and the support chat is easy to use when you need a quick response about how to do something.

The guys are very helpful but I have found it difficult to set up and use - and not very intuitive. For instance, I had the Shopify Google Shopping App already installed which meant that conversions were duplicating. This in turn, meant that my return on ad spend was inaccurate/inflated. I only realised this by chance after signing up. I am effectively now back in a trial period to see if the app is worthwhile for me. I think there are probably many other people who think they are seeing accurate revenue figures on the app but they aren't. I think the developers should use someone who speaks English as a native language as sometimes things dont make sense in the videos/descriptions. But they are very helpful and have answered many questions from me - I just wish it didnt take so long to learn.

This app is my go to for Google Shopping Ads, but this is not the reason why it gets a 5 star. The 5 star is for the support team, recently most of my products got knocked out on merchant center due to our websites schema, they went in and fixed it for us. You don't see teams like this often, not in this industry. So thank you!

I use this on our Shopping Feed and it works seamlessly between Shopify and Google. Also the support team are great at helping with any issues.

Very goog app, very helpfull and easy to set up. The technical support is very good, reactive and helpfull. I saved a lot of time with this app and I can manage all my attributes Google as I want. Now, I can do what I could not do with the Google Channel App free offered by Shopify. Thanks!

I had a situation with Google where my products were being flagged for showing different variant prices on the same product. I contact the app support and lo and behold, my problem was fixed a few hours later. Milan was professional, made it really easy, and I got to then go on with my life. I love this app but more so, the support!

A very easy-to-use software, convenient and fast, and efficient in solving corresponding problems. It is very convenient to manage and modify Google ads.

We are using this app to take advantage of shipping labels for different shipping methods. Although had a few issues (user mistake, not problems with the app), support has been helpful and have answered all our questions.

I used the app to help update my product feeds as the free app was limited. Great comunication and the live help is great.
