Great support team. Very quick answers and help. Hopefully we have solved my custom products issue. All my products are custom and do not have MPN or GTIN numbers. My free google connection was not accurately marking them as custom.

The feed has always been working with Google Shopping. I had some troubles with feed working to Norway. The developers were very helpful to resolve the problems. So if you are looking for a proper Google Feed, i can certainly recommend this app.

I moved to this app from the standard Shopify one - It is a million times better and worth it. the only thing better than the app is the customer service received from Milan, I had an issue for over 12 months that I was unable to resolve regarding a feed - Milan managed to get it resolved and I am ever so grateful. 5 stars.

Excellent app very easy to navigate and the bulk change function and filter is brilliant. highly recommend. Asked Ghumen N some in-depth tech questions, about 40 in number!, on submitting correct info in the feed, he was very helpful, answered all my questions 100%, so I was in no doubt what I needed to do, Highly recommend the App and the customer service on Chat.

Feed For Google Shopping has been an integral app for our store and does a great job combining and integrating product feeds for social platforms as well as Google Shopping. With all the interconnected processes, some issues are bound to happen, but it's great to know that support is knowledgeable and easily reachable. Thank you, Symprosis!

Trying to advertise on Google can be very complicated. I installed this app to help streamline the whole process. The team at Simprosys were so helpful in helping me get everything set up. They used simple step by step instructions with screenshots and detailed instructions relevant to my query. The response time was incredibly fast! Really awesome app. Lets you use the product SKU number as the product ID so that you can really track each product (instead of with the shopify id). Also amazing customer service!! A+

Hands down, this is the best feeds app that works with Shopify.. everything is very well explained in neat videos, the use of the interface in very easy and detailed, and not to mention the support team, they're extremely experienced and helpful. Today I had an issue with my Google feed and they actually connected to my Google Merchant Center and had a chat with Google support to check and explain the issue and get an idea on what's the reason behind my problem. I would give a 10 out of 5 stars for this exceptional support :) Keep up the great and high standard support Simprosys team.. thumbs up!
