I have two issues with the customer service, one is the feed information accurately synchronized to GMC, the other is the GMC account is suspended due to website violations; both actively and effectively communicated to promote the resolution of the problem.Now I haven’t started using plug-ins to do shopping ads, hoping to give me more surprises.

Works as advertised. Support is very responsive and takes care of issues in a timely manner. Makes running promotions in merchant center much easier

I use this app for months to add my conversions and my products to Google, and I really recommend it ! It is easy to use, and in case of any problems, the support is very helpful ! I just had one product being refused by Google, and Ashvin form the support team resolves the problem in less than 10 mn. This is an app you need to have !

App is much better than the standard/free Shopify/Google Shopping app. More configurations and ability to switch variants on/off. Have used support once so far and the response was both fast and helpful.

Not to mention the built-in tracking pixels for these three platforms. Regarding the support, they are extraordinary and very patient. I had a catalog issue on Facebook and their team logged into my account to understand and resolve the issue. We spent almost 2 hours together and everything is now working perfectly. works great saves so many hours of data entry and fixing errors. if you've done a GMC and not used a feed you will be so happy to find this
