One of the easiest to use feed apps, wish google was this user friendly. Everyone at the company is super helpful and responsive. They make the process seamless, even for less tech savvy clientele.

This app gave us more flexibility that we needed. Set up was pretty easy. Support was great along the way.

The app itself is very simple to set up and learn, and works great. But the team also is extremely helpful, even going so far as to help us set up supplemental feeds for product variables. Definitely the best bang for your buck for Shopping Feeds.

New to this App and in learning mode. Support has been positive and constructive. Will continue until trial period comes up before moving forward with monthly payments.

Simprosys offers not only an excellent app but fantastic customer support. They helped us resolve a number of feed issues from Shopify to Google Merchant, all the way to our Ads account. And even solved issues that were legacy problems from other apps. Getting all apps and services to work together can be time-consuming and frustrating, but these guys were amazing.

Great app, for a shopping feed. Support is so quick, supportive and helpful. They also help you, with other store issues if they could. My store had a schema issue and they helped me to fix the issue without any cost. Thanks

Very responsive customer support. I had few of my products disapproved in google shopping due to data discrepency. Kaushik and team very quickly helped me set up micro data in my site and resolved the issue. Thank you so much.

Super fast support! I was having an issue with my Google Feed not working right so I added this app. They were fast, friendly and quickly resolved all issues very fast. My feed is not working flawlessly and I am very happy with this app.

Had a bit of trouble getting our products initially submitted correctly as this app seems to interfere with the google shopping app, but the customer service is excellent-very helpful and prompt to answer. We ended up getting everything to work in the end! Continuing to use this to edit our feed.

I love this app! It's very simple to use and it works perfectly for managing my products on Google Shopping. I also like that they've now added Bing so now both platforms can be managed through just one app. Customer support has been fantastic; very fast, professional and highly responsive. I'm so happy to have found this app and would definitely recommend!

This is a fairly complex app. a lot of depth to what you can do. Because of that I have relied on the support department fairly heavily. I have to say this seems to be where they really excel, fast response, problem solvers that will stick with you till issues resolved. I had considered moving to the free app but the monthly fee is a reasonable cost for having an app. that works properly and a competent team supporting the product.

There are many apps to push products to Merchant Center. I used most of them. The difference between all other apps and this one is the unbelievable support and knowledge of the support folks. The information videos are a gold mine and if you need extra help, their support is only an email away. 10 out of 10.
