I’ve had an excellent experience with the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app. The app works great, and the customer support is excellent. I've had to reach out to them multiple times, and they've always been responsive, professional, and helpful in resolving issues quickly. Highly recommended!

I just tranfer from Google&Youtube because the tracking problem. Soon an error happened, Chat with Simprosys support , He ask very fast , just a few mininutes, Problem solved. A good experience~

Easy to use app and really makes a difference in how easy it is to setup, and setup correctly so it integrates the products and analytics seamlessly throughout the different Google service, such as Merchant Center, AdWords and Analytics. The support team is also very helpful and answers the questions right away through their built in chatsupport! Very recommended app if you want the best service and setup for your store :D

The Simprosys help team are very patient, supportive and knowledgeable, to resolve any issues you encounter. Also the app has a lot of very useful video help guides, which helps a lot when activated the various features and integrations.

I use this app since ... a lot of years now and I'll be frank: it may look very complicated but it's very easy to work with and, most important thing - once you set up the feeds properly, it will do its job automatically, you don't need to do anything else. For example, one of my stores had this app installed for a couple of years and I did absolutely nothing in that time. It just worked, Google Merchant Center was happy with it, why change it? I tried (for this new store) several other apps, I said "maybe I can find something better" but, oh boy, I came back as soon as possible once I saw the ... competition. No offence to other companies but it's very hard and almost impossible to compete against this one. So... good job guys, this is an honest review from a guy who used and still use your services in the last 5 years or so.

The new Shopify Markets feature is a great help. I wish the user interface was a little more user friendly, but the support team actually helps when difficulties arise.

Simprosys always has the best, most in-depth support you can ask for. They always go the extra mile with support not only related to the app but to the merchant centre as well. Their support is quick and well educated, the app works like a charm as well. + The pricing is pretty good. I'm not sure what the competition is like, but I don't have to try either

The app is powerful and has all the features we need for Google Shopping. But the real reason I'm writing this 5-star review is for the customer support team. I had a complicated issue, and their live chat support was simply outstanding. They are incredibly knowledgeable, fast, and professional. They guided me through the solution with patience and true expertise. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
