Support is top-notch. They have assisted me more than once, answering my questions almost immediately with easy to follow instructions. Excellent app overall- does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Highly recommended.

Great App! Saved my company a bunch of time and reduced errors of items feeding to Google Actions. Very easy to use and make bulk updates. Their support team is quick to respond. I do wish they had a sync for google manufacturing. Also it would be great to be able to specify which image to use by SKU so that you can have promo text on the site but not in google.

Easy integration, great functionality and 5* support from their team. Responsive support over email solving issues same day which is rare with other apps in the store.

We really appreciate this product. This one, along with other Simprosys InfoMedia apps that we are using is all all-encompassing and intuitive. In addition, support is very attentive. ...UPDATE: Really satisfied with the app and support still, all of the above mentioned still holds true!

Amazingly fast to set up and fantastic help from the support team. They also have clear instructional videos and look very professional and established. And because of the app increase in CTR and Google Ads sales, the monthly price is well worth having it. We recommend this app to anyone looking to sale more while saving time and hassle on putting the feed up on your own.

This is the best Google Shopping Feed app in regard to thoroughness, bulk editing, and support. The team is excellent in quick response time and finding solutions where needed. The feed syncs and works.

Pathetic App, took off the products from Merchant centre without letting me know.. caused me to lost hundreds of dollars in the peak season. Be careful.
You had installed the app on 14th Oct. As per our app's trial policy, you must get 21 days of Free Trial. (See screenshot of log on this URL - http://bit.ly/2XijV0h) We could have stopped our services and removed your products on the same day of the expiration of the trial or the next day. But NO, we waited for 10 more days before we suspended our services to your business. Also, it is not true that you were not informed about the suspension. During the trial period, you were sent 3 reminders, 7 days, 3 days prior to the expiration and on the same day of expiration. (See screenshot of email log on this URL - http://bit.ly/2Ob1giY) Out of these 3, as per our logs, you had opened 2 reminders. For other merchants, this merchant is using our app on 3 of his stores and two already have charge activated. (See screenshot - http://bit.ly/2NNtm4N)

I love the usability of this app. I can choose what products go to Google, how many variants, and other specifications. Plus it can hook up to Bing and Facebook as well. They are very quick to help when I had a problem. It has been a great up for us!

The app does exactly what it's supposed to do. But more than the app itself the service is exceptional and the team is always ready to help out with any integration issues. Excellent team and app! Would definitely recommend this app over others that perform product sync.
