It has been good. I liked the customer service better when your hours were better. I have to time it before I go to bed to get help. But at least you help unlike Google.

I'm just getting to grips with the app as it has a lot of features, so it's early days for me. The support team have been great at helping me sort through the various questions I have and helping get our Google Ads account optimised. On the basis of the support I've had to date and what I hope it can do for us, I would definitely recommend the app.

Good support from LiveChat with feed issue. Helpful, clear communication and instructions. Hopefully it will sort out the issue.

So far, really great experience. customer service is good and provides guidance. Will have to wait a few weeks to see how my ads perform. Will ad another star if it goes well!

This app sorted out my issue of variants not showing up in the Google product search feed. It is an excellent app and has been very user-friendly instructions and explanations. The Support team that I have experienced have been very knowledgeable and well trained.

Just set up this app, Great support so far, Dharmendra really helped me get things set up. I had some issues with merchant centre and got them resolved super quick thanks to the great support.

Has all the functionality required for FB and GMC. Speedy, helpful support. Not aways reliable for the FB API, an XML feed can be used.

Encore en cours de prise en main, mais le support par chat est attentif, prends le temps, humain, et répond bien aux questions et aux échanges! Ils m'ont beaucoup aidée. Il est bien mieux d'utiliser cette application pour Google shopping que l'application native de Shopify qui comporte de multiples erreurs.

App syncs well with Google Merchant Center, at the moment no big issues since use. Mixed support, some responses are quick and effective while some takes longer for response to be received or solved.

I used this app it helped to fetch my products to google & Facebook. overall service is good. It would be great if you could improve quality of your customer support. Most of the time I got good support experience but sometime customer support could not resolve the issue properly.

This is a great all-around store-to-ad-platform product data feed. So far I've interfaced it from Shopify to Google Merchant Center (GMC) and from Shopify to Microsoft Merchant Center (MSMC). AFAIK, one can't (yet) do that directly from Shopify without an intermediary such as the SimproSys feed. I do have one suggestion for improvement: Some products qualify for MSMC but not for GMC because of differences in the de facto image compliance rules between these two platforms, for which MSMC may issue waivers but not GMC. Some vendors require their logo to be displayed on the main product image but GMC doesn't allow this. The current SimproSys solution is to submit (sync) all of your products from your Google Shopping collection in Shopify to both platforms, then quickly go through the process of excluding certain products from GMC within the SimproSys app. A much cleaner, set-and-forget solution from the user's point of view would be to allow the user to define a GMC-specific Shopify collection and an MSMC-specific Shopify collection. Then all of the products in each collection get periodically synced to their respective advertising platforms without extra urgent user effort that one could easily forget to do. Hope this helps!
