The support is really helpful and responded to my request really quickly. I was facing issues with Google Merchant restriction issues and was given advice on what to modify. Regrettably the issue wasn't resolved, because we didn't have enough time to make all the changes, before the company decided to change direction.

This app is great and has improved my sales. I had issues not because of the app but due to having 2 separate shops under one email with Google they helped resolve the issue and got everything running. Already seeing sales and I highly recommend this app

Excellent customer support. Excellent app that cuts down the time it takes to submit items to Google in a matter hours instead of days. This could mean revenue right away. This app more than pays for itself. Every store should use it.

Integration with Google programs can be challenging, as there is no direct way fro Shopify to feed the API. The developers at "Feed for Google Shopping" have been incredibly responsive, supportive and have gone above the call of duty to make sure all the complex components are aligned between Shopify and Google. Their knowledge base and speedy fixes alone make their monthly subscription fees seem very, very low indeed. A+++++

Amazing customer support and seamless application. After having issues with the Google App by Shopify we found Google Shopping Feed and the rest is history. At one point Google had placed a shadow review over our account and Hemant from the Simprosys team was a massive help in aiding our communication with Google to reach a resolution. Thanks again!

Really easy to install and user-friendly to view and edit. Plus I had some questions regarding the existing feed and wanted to make sure this new feed didn't compete or interfere with it. The customer service group was quick to respond to my queries and took solid steps to make sure there was no conflict with my feeds. Good product and good customer service - I recommend.
