Way better than the official app. Had major issues with the official app where prices stopped syncing for days. Moved over to Simprosys and it syncs very fast. Their help docs are also incredibly professional and clear.

Had some difficulties getting a duplicate tag sorted out, which my AI assistant assumed was this app - but their team reached out and helped me to get some tag issues sorted out. Awesome, used their service for years. Issues:

We installed Simprosys when it became apparent that Shopify's native API was no longer sufficient for our product catalog. Simprosys' developers walked me through implementation and moving over to their feed couldn't have been easier. I'm looking forward to taking advantage of Simprosys' many tools to manage my product feed more effectively.
