Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

So far so great - I had an awful experience with Google Shopping App - tried to use it a couple of times for my GMC feed but it wouldn't play ball at all. Within a few days of using this app instead, the developers have helped me twice with two issues I had. It's so nice to get fast, efficient attention - really appreciate their work.

We are getting a very high conversion rate on our Google Shopping ads with this app. It is awesome because once you get it set up, you don't have to constantly be managing it. We had some minor technical issues getting started, but the customer support was fantastic. We are now working with the developers to take our Google Shopping ads to the next level and they have been very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend! Update 11/2/20 - Just asked the tech support team to review our ads and settings, and they were very quick to respond! Thanks for the great customer service!

This app great and their customer support is awesome! They went over and above by offering to review our Google shipping settings which they fixed without us even being a customer at that time! They've answered every question within 24 hours - most within 12 hours or less, even during their night time (they are in India). I highly recommend this app AND their team!

Works great! And better yet, amazing customer support, they fixed a problem within 24 hours on my website that was affecting my Google Shopping Ads, while both Google and my web developer were giving me the endless run around and not offering any useful support.

switched from a feed file to Symprosis (Feed for Google Shopping) and the results have been great. Along the way we've had some operational issues with Google and while Google's support is a little slow right now, Symprosis is always right there with support and general advise.

I have used other feed app before I use this one and I have to say that this is a well-made app with little problem. However, when I did run into issue the support was great!

Needed an app that provided quick product updates to merchant center using the content api, this app enabled that quickly and easily. We also take advantage of the ability to setup the feed in multiple countries. When we have had questions support has been very quick to answer. Great app.

So far, so good. We have only used the app for a few days now but making edits to the feed and correcting Merchant Center issues has been easy. Also, support was super responsive and fast.
