I had been facing persistent issues with Google Merchant Center, where my products kept getting flagged and feeds were affected. Chirag went above and beyond to help me sort everything out quickly and professionally. Thanks to his support, all my product listings are now active and GMC is live again. I truly appreciate the clear communication, fast response, and efficient troubleshooting. Highly recommend this app and team for anyone needing reliable support with GMC product feeds!

Simprosys Google Shopping Feed is one of the most stable and well-structured apps I’ve used for syncing Shopify products with Google Merchant Center. It’s fast, accurate, and the support team truly knows what they’re doing. The setup was smooth, and the feed updates automatically without errors. What impressed me the most is how they recently expanded their support for Shopify Markets — allowing multiple countries and currencies via API. I currently run feeds for Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands, all perfectly synced. Support deserves special credit. Every time I’ve had a question, they respond quickly with detailed, technical answers (not just copy-paste replies). They even clarified how API markets and XML feeds are handled, which saved me hours of guesswork. If you manage multiple Shopify Markets and need a reliable Google feed solution, Simprosys is absolutely worth it. Highly recommended.

This app is definitely worth it. The online support is also very knowledgeable and the turnaround time is great. This is the perfect connect for feeds and gives you everything you want.

I would love to sincerely thank Simprosys for their fast, accurate support. We have an issue with our Google Merchant Center, and their CS went beyond the extra mile. They didn't leave us behind, didn't stop until the issue was fixed. They sent us screenshots on what to do, where to go, and what to click. For me, this is by far the best app I’ve ever used. Everything works smoothly, and whenever I have a question or need help, the support team responds within minutes , always friendly, patient, and efficient. It really feels like they care about their users and constantly strive to improve the experience. If you’re hesitating, don’t , this app is a game changer !
