Some support desks quote a 24-hr or 48-hr turnaround time for responses. I received a detailed reply to my support request about 7 hours after I submitted it, which I think is very responsive.

I am a new user, ran into a tech glitch (my bad) getting set up. The support was superb and quick. As I am accustomed to another platform that offers no support, this was a pleasant surprise! The set up was actually seamless, and the resolution to my error was actually automatic. I am very pleased with this app and so glad my team recommended it.

The best app for google shopping hands down! Packed full of features (not only limited to google shopping) with fantastic support, this app contains everything you need for full control seamless functionality when it comes to google.

I have recently started using this app and the customer support was excellent with resolving several issues I had with my ads being approved on the Merchant Center. I had spent several hours trying to resolve the issues directly with Google but this had not worked.

This app does everything you need to setup your merchant feed and run ads profitably - the support team even made some advanced customization for us that really was above and beyond what anybody would need.

Used to help us set up an XML to pull into a feed management tool. Worked great, had some trouble around variants and setting up additional images in the feed, support were really helpful

I emailed and within 30 minutes, they fixed the issue and we will be able to go live in 48 hours. I wouldn't have known about the issue otherwise. Great customer service!

The support of this app is brilliant! Even though we're still in the free trail, their staff was eager to help us. We started to use this app cause there's a issue with products in our Google merchant center and we couldn't find solution, so I ask for their help Their staff respond to our question soon and solved the problem for us. They really save my day!

I am new to Shopify, I installed this app and ran into some issues. I sent an email to support and the response time was AMAZING in spite of it being really late. Their customer service is awesome! I would definitely recommend this service. I started using this service because it was recommended to me over other providers and I certainly understand why!
