So far it looks promising app, I don't need the Google and YouTube app as it's very basic, but with Simprosys you can do all, including conversion tracking and lots of adjustments.

Great app - use it for mapping custom fields for shopping campaigns on Google Ads mostly. Support are also super if you need anything.
