Simprosys Google Shopping Feed

This app sorted out my issue of variants not showing up in the Google product search feed. It is an excellent app and has been very user-friendly instructions and explanations. The Support team that I have experienced have been very knowledgeable and well trained.

Just set up this app, Great support so far, Dharmendra really helped me get things set up. I had some issues with merchant centre and got them resolved super quick thanks to the great support.

Good app that does the job. And their support is great. However the interface could be better and easier to use.

Has all the functionality required for FB and GMC. Speedy, helpful support. Not aways reliable for the FB API, an XML feed can be used.

App syncs well with Google Merchant Center, at the moment no big issues since use. Mixed support, some responses are quick and effective while some takes longer for response to be received or solved.

I used this app it helped to fetch my products to google & Facebook. overall service is good. It would be great if you could improve quality of your customer support. Most of the time I got good support experience but sometime customer support could not resolve the issue properly.

When I first tried this app back in 2021 Customer service went above and beyond with my endless questions and walked me through everything step by step. They even did some of the correcting for me on their backend. 5/2026 - I've just resubscribed after 4 years and will update my review in a couple of weeks based on my new experience. So far, it's a 4

We are using this app to take advantage of shipping labels for different shipping methods. Although had a few issues (user mistake, not problems with the app), support has been helpful and have answered all our questions.

It's a great APP. I recommend it. If you have a problem, you can actively help solve it. It's really good.It is a good helper in shopping advertisement

Looks simple and easy to use and will start running it soon. Assistance from Shums Tak is most helpful in resolving issues identified as conflict with Google's feed app.

It is OK. But the help didn't show good.But it help me to finish the google shopping. It is helpful.

Had a bit of trouble getting our products initially submitted correctly as this app seems to interfere with the google shopping app, but the customer service is excellent-very helpful and prompt to answer. We ended up getting everything to work in the end! Continuing to use this to edit our feed.
