I absolutely love Simprosys, it’s an indispensable tool for managing Google Shopping feeds and campaigns. The app is intuitive, powerful, and incredibly efficient. It saves me hours of manual work and ensures my listings are always optimized and compliant. A special thank you to Abhishek from the support team who helped me today with a feed issue, fast, professional, and crystal clear guidance. Their support is just as excellent as the app itself. Excellent customer service from Ashvin! He helped to explain and resolve the 'internal error' message some of my product variants were displaying and offered to check my product page to see if any errors stood out to him – which was an extra help that I greatly appreciated. Solide App, schneller Support Chat, der immer versucht zu helfen. Kleines Low, dass man nicht ausgewählte Produkte aus seinem Shop synchronisieren kann, sondern nur das gesamte Portfolio. Hier wäre noch IT-technisch Optimierungsbedarf. Laut Microsoft Ads funktioniert die Feed-Synchronisierung leider technisch nicht, obwohl sie in der App angeboten wird.

Installed the app today, and as I'm not very techy I had a couple of issues. Jumped onto the chat and had Mehul and Dharmendra help me out. They got it all sorted and working properly in no time! Now everything is working fine. Thanks for your help!

Symprosis has been a game-changer for our Shopify store. It’s incredibly easy to use, full of genuinely useful features, and the pricing is almost too good to be true for what you get. One of the biggest benefits for us is that it lets us manage all our product feeds in one place — for Google, Meta, and other third-party platforms. That alone has saved us a ton of time and hassle. The support is just as impressive. Sachin has gone above and beyond to help us out — always quick to respond, and really takes the time to understand what we need. We’ve even had features added based on our feedback, which is rare and very much appreciated. It's well known that Simprosys is the only app anyone should ever use for submitting their feeds. Packed with features you just can't find in any of the native apps, I'll admit it was a bit daunting at first, as someone new to CPC campaigns. But their support is super quick to respond and will walk you through anything you need; or even do it for you, if needed! Very grateful to Nilesh and the rest of the support team who have probably spent more than a couple of hours with me over the last week!

J’utilise l’application Simprosys Google Shopping Feed depuis plusieurs mois et j’en suis très satisfait. L’interface est claire, la synchronisation des produits est fluide, et surtout : le support est exceptionnel.
