I've been struggling with Google Shopping feeds for ages, but Simprosys made everything so simple. RI reached out to live chat support, and they looked into our issue very quickly, sending us many valuable screenshots and explanations as to why our Merchant Center had been suspended. I really appreciate their help—on our own, we wouldn’t have been able to resolve the issue, as Google support was a bit unhelpful.

The application and customer service are golden. The ease with which you can configure the application is incredible, and it's easy to manage the various custom labels thanks to the easy-to-implement rules. I highly recommend it!

The google shopping feed can be very difficult to understand and manage. These guys guided me thru the google system and got me up and running in no time. Customer service is fantastic. if you are not using this app you are missing out big time.

Really impressed with this app — far better than the previous one we used. The features are straightforward and powerful, especially for managing complex Google feeds. Support has been brilliant — every question we asked was answered quickly and in great detail. Highly recommend it for anyone managing multi-market listings

What a great experience! I’ve never had to contact the help desk before, but I’m so glad I did!!! They found a hidden rule in my Merchant Center account that was preventing my updates. Bravo!!! And Thank you!
