very good customer support! better than google&youtube sync app on shopify store if your product has many variants and you dont wanna sync all of them to the GMC

Simprosys customer service is amazing. I went from having 95% of my products not approved on Google to having all the changes made and everything approved within a matter of a couple of days. Every question I asked was answered promptly and I feel they went above and beyond what I was expecting them to do. Ashvin was so helpful and is a great asset to the customer service team. I am so happy with this app!!! I gave 5 stars, but would have given 10 if I could!

We’ve been using the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app for our store, and the experience has been outstanding. The app makes feed management so much easier, and the amount of control it gives you is insane compared to every other solution we tried. But what really makes this app special is the support team. They answer fast, they know what they're talking about, and they actually solve the problem instead of sending copy-paste replies. We had a very specific technical question about metafields and product titles, and they guided us clearly and professionally even sending us the exact method to achieve what we needed.

One of the best apps I use on Shopify. I rarely have any issues because everything is very clear, and whenever I contact support, they always fix things very quickly.

Sachin on the chat was very helpful and he answered all my questions. App can be challenging but it was able to sync all my products without any issues.

I mainly use the app to ensure that only my first variant shows on google shopping/merchant centre, but I find it also gives me the confidence that everything is set up properly. Support has been excellent for troubleshooting.
