I had a few issues from my end after implementing the tracking through the app. I contact the guys in support to see if everything was tracking from their end. Screenshots were sent of the apps tracking and of my google ads account tracking purchases etc. Everything was firing and was working well. We have had some issues in the past in regards to tracking which caused our account to basically go into melt down...not fun!! It just reassuring to have an expert on the other end that you can contact with any issues. Thanks again

I’ve been using Simprosys Google Shopping Feed to manage my product feeds across multiple countries. I ran into an issue where some of my products were appearing multiple times in Merchant Center under the same ID, which I initially thought meant duplicate submissions. Google Search Console was also showing “missing price” errors across all my product pages under Product Snippets and Merchant Listings. What I thought would be a nightmare was resolved by the Simprosys team — Ashvin, Nilesh, and Sohil (apologies if I’m missing anyone). They were professional, responsive, and incredibly patient. They explained everything in detail, with screenshots, and walked me through how the feed structure actually works. Everything was resolved thanks to their expertise. If you’re selling across multiple markets and want a reliable feed management tool with excellent support, I highly recommend Simprosys.

We have recently migrated from Magento 2 to Shopify, previously we had the flexibility of mapping custom data, however Shopify is a little more restricted, however I reached out to Simprosys and they were able to help us map some custom metafields utilising custom labels, the whole setup of the feed and tracking was also very simple to follow so I highly recommend this shopping feed app!

I use the Simprosys Google Shopping Feed on two Shopify stores and have always found it simplifies the somewhat complex Google AdWords tracking setup. I recently had an issue where conversions suddenly stopped being recorded within the app and AdWords. After having no luck in pinpointing the issue I asked Simprosys support to take a look at my setup. The support from Saad was quick quick and thorough pinpointing a number of issues and mis-configurations, and the steps to correct these. Once I implemented the changes Saad ran a number of tests to confirm everything was running correctly and being tracked and recorded. I highly recommend Simprosys Google Shopping Feed for making the whole setup of AdWords tracking so much simpler. Their support is also amazing and some of the best I have received from Shopify App developers.
