Genuinely astounded by the customer service. Nehal was super patient and knowlegable, I was on the free trial and he took the time to walk me through everything. Some of the issues were just me being stupid on the Shopify setup and he still took all on and resolved. Pretty rare in this day and age, I'm still figuring out the app, but 11 out of 10 for genuine human support.

Simprosys Google Shopping Feed is one of the most stable and well-structured apps I’ve used for syncing Shopify products with Google Merchant Center. It’s fast, accurate, and the support team truly knows what they’re doing. The setup was smooth, and the feed updates automatically without errors. What impressed me the most is how they recently expanded their support for Shopify Markets — allowing multiple countries and currencies via API. I currently run feeds for Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and the Netherlands, all perfectly synced. Support deserves special credit. Every time I’ve had a question, they respond quickly with detailed, technical answers (not just copy-paste replies). They even clarified how API markets and XML feeds are handled, which saved me hours of guesswork.
