Probably best value for money app in the whole shopify app store. The customer service is out of this world. 10 stars if possible.

So far, so good. Nilesh helped me to set up google ads tracking and meta tracking in 3 calls. And I am happy that they dont leave me on my own with just a help article.

The Simprosys Google Shopping Feed app works perfectly and is very easy to use. It has made managing my Google Shopping feeds so much smoother and more efficient. Their customer support is exceptional. Every time I had a question, the team responded quickly and helped me resolve the issue right away. The support is timely, professional, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend this app to anyone running Google Shopping. It’s reliable, user friendly, and backed by a great support team.

I've only just started using this app and have no clue so far regarding Google Ads etc as I've just started learning all the processes myself. I thought there was an issue with the tagging, despite having done everything correctly as far as I was aware as there were some error messages in Google Ads display. However, when reaching out to help with Simprosys to see what I'd done wrong, Mohib chauhan in support was extremely helpful in showing me that all was well and it was just a matter of time before the status symbols changed, which saved me trying to change things around and messing it all up! All seems good so far with the app, but the support is definitely excellent.

An excellent app for transferring product feeds to Google and Facebook. The support team is always ready to help and answer any questions. I had some difficulties setting up the data transfer correctly, but the support team got everything sorted out and corrected my errors themselves.

Great app ! And the support is really helpful. I encountered an issue with my Meta tracking setup and one of their agents helped fix the issue. Highly recommend !
