Love this app for its seamless feed syncing and smooth integration with Google Ads and GA4. What truly sets it apart is the support team at Simprosys - they're always quick to respond and incredibly patient. They've guided me through everything from customizing my product feed to navigating a GMC suspension appeal. I really appreciate their detailed support and consistent professionalism. Highly recommend!

I had many worries considering my Google Merchant account issues and fickle Google Tag Manager setup. Simprosys seems a promising app and their agents are very competent and helpful in clearing out issues with my conversion tracking and GMC setup for my multiple domains Shopify store. Thank you Nilesh. I also love that Simprosys offers quick setup within few clicks for several channels, including Facebook Catalog and Pinterest. Amazing! I was in a pickle and losing sleep worrying about all these things that Simprosys streamlines and smoothens the process.

Great app! Super easy to set up feeds for different countries and currencies. The support team is amazing — always quick to respond and really helpful. Highly recommend if you’re running Google Shopping on Shopify.

Simprosys is an excellent app, but what truly makes the difference is the support quality. I had a tracking issue with Google Ads Purchase conversion, and Mohib was incredibly helpful, patient, and precise. He guided me step by step, tested everything on his end, and made sure all was perfectly set up. The app works great, and the customer support is simply world-class. Highly recommended!

Thanks to the entire support team for their lightning fast responses and resolutions to startup issues we encountered due to being new to the app. They were customer focused, followed up with specifics as to what needed to be done on our part and steps taken by them afterwards so there was a clear path to getting things corrected rapidly.
